14-day right of withdrawal
You can change your mind and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, email us at donnerhallhr@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the cost of return shipping for returns where you've changed your mind. We recommend a tracked shipping method, since we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.
Hygiene and personal care items
For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of personal care items once their seal or packaging has been opened. This includes mouth tape and nasal strips, ear care tools, face masks, ampoules and scar sheets. Unopened items can be returned as normal.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay anything for shipping. You also keep your statutory rights for faulty goods under consumer law.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you've sent it back, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the payment method you used. If you return a whole order within the withdrawal period, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge until it has shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
