Terms of service

These terms apply when you shop at Mellowmoon. Mellowmoon is operated by Hampus Donnerhall, Syréngången 6, 235 93 Vellinge, Sweden, phone +46 73 075 85 63. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is made when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the price was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Discounts and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is handled securely through Shopify's checkout.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping page. The risk for the products passes to you when they are delivered.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, with the exceptions described on our Returns & refunds page, which also explains how to return items and how refunds work.

5. Complaints and faulty products

If a product is faulty, you have the right to complain under applicable consumer law. Contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Our Returns & refunds page describes how we handle damaged, faulty or wrong items.

6. Product information

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Our products are not medical devices. They are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, talk to your doctor before using them.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or losses that arise from using our products, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Personal data

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

9. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we can't solve a dispute together, consumers in the EU can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se). This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you placed your order are the ones that apply to that order.
