As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Follow your parcel
- Use the link in your shipping email. It always shows the latest status.
- Look up your tracking number on 17track.net. It works with carriers worldwide.
- Check your order status by logging in to your account, or by opening the order confirmation email and clicking View your order.
Good to know
- We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after that.
- Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update.
- If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.
