Mouth & Nose Tape Kit

A month of gentle mouth tape and nasal strips in one kit. The nasal strip sits across the bridge of your nose and the mouth tape helps you keep your lips closed, so you can settle into breathing through your nose while you sleep, work out or relax.

• 30 mouth tape strips + 30 nasal strips per kit
• Latex-free, skin-friendly adhesive
• Stays put through the night, peels off cleanly
• For sleep, workouts, yoga and the gym

How to use: Clean and dry the skin. Place a nasal strip across the bridge of your nose and press the ends down. Close your lips and press the mouth tape on lightly. Peel both off gently when you wake up.

Good to know: Don't use the mouth tape if you have a blocked nose, breathing problems or sleep apnea. Ask your doctor if you're unsure.
